Jenny Poyner was the first person to be a registered access auditor in Birmingham becoming an Auditor Member of the National Register of Access Consultant in 2001.

She has a long experience of monitoring and advising on services and facilities for disabled people in all kinds of venues from major factories and exhibition centre's to health trusts and housing associations.

Among the companies and organisations in the Birmingham area she has advised at Millenium Point, Cadbury's, Birmingham International Airport and various NHS trusts.
